A Personal Note from the Studio
Auralite began from a personal need.
There was a period when life felt constantly in motion — work, travel, decisions, responsibilities, and the feeling that everything was moving faster than I could hold.
During that time, I found myself drawn to stones like smoky quartz and obsidian. Not because I expected them to give answers, but because they carried a sense of weight. Something steady. Something I could return to.
That feeling stayed with me.
Over time, Auralite became a way to shape that experience into something physical: natural stone jewelry made to stay close, not to overwhelm.
Stones, chosen slowly
Auralite Atelier is an independent studio based in Donghai, China.
Many of the stones I work with are sourced through long-term relationships here, in a region known for natural stone sourcing and craftsmanship.
When I choose stones, I am not looking for perfect uniformity. I look for balance, character, color, light, and the small details that make a stone feel alive.
No two natural stones are ever exactly the same. Inclusions, internal lines, soft cloudiness, and subtle shifts in color are part of how a stone forms over time. I see these details not as flaws, but as traces of natural change.
They are often the reason a piece begins.
Built by hand and by eye
I do not appear often, but Auralite is personal.
It is built slowly through many small decisions: choosing stones, reviewing proportions, preparing each piece, writing product notes, packing orders, and answering questions one by one.
