Shipping

Auralite Atelier orders are carefully prepared and shipped from China, where our small-batch pieces are currently made and fulfilled.
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
• United States & Canada: 7–10 days
• Europe & United Kingdom: 7–10 days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–8 days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, seasonal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$70 or more where available.

For orders below US$70, standard shipping is calculated at checkout and is typically around US$6–8, depending on the destination.

The final shipping rate will be shown at checkout before payment.

First Order Support
Until July 31, 2026, eligible first orders include free standard shipping where available. No code is needed — eligible free standard shipping will be applied at checkout.

For eligible first-order returns, return shipping support of up to US$20 is available.

To be eligible for return shipping support, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping support applies to eligible first-order returns only. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep your shipping receipt. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the refund status and any eligible return shipping support.

This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not include customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges set by the destination country or region.

Returns

If a piece is not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Because each natural stone may vary in color, pattern, texture, or inclusion, slight natural differences are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated, or unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please use a tracked shipping method for returns. Auralite Atelier is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges depending on the destination. These charges are set by the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@auralite-atelier.com. We will do our best to help look into the tracking information with you.
