We currently ship internationally from China. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

• United States & Canada: 7–12 days
• Europe & United Kingdom: 7–12 days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–10 days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size.

First Order Support

Until June 30, 2026, eligible first orders include free standard shipping where available. No code is needed — eligible free standard shipping will be applied at checkout.

This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not include any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges set by the destination country or region.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
