How long will my made-to-order piece take?
Each Choose Your Stone piece is made after your selection is placed. Please allow 2–5 days for preparation before shipment. Once shipped, your order will include tracking.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Made-to-order pieces from this event are eligible for 14-day returns if they are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and original packaging.
Because each piece is made after selection, order cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has started.
Will my stone look exactly like the photo?
Each natural stone may vary slightly in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, play-of-color, and internal detail. These variations are part of the character of natural gemstones, and each stone is selected with care.
Can I request a stone or combination that is not listed?
Choose Your Stone is designed around the available options shown on each product page. If you have a specific question, you are welcome to contact us before placing an order, and we’ll let you know whether it is possible.
If a custom request outside the listed options is accepted by the studio, it may be final sale once confirmed, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What support is available after my order arrives?
Each piece is checked before shipping. Auralite pieces include 90-day complimentary craftsmanship support for approved concerns related to craftsmanship or assembly during normal wear and with appropriate care.
