Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.

Auralite pieces include 90-day complimentary craftsmanship support for approved concerns related to craftsmanship or assembly during normal wear and with appropriate care.

If something seems wrong when your order arrives, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the piece and packaging.

After 90 days, we may still be able to review the piece for a paid repair assessment where repair is possible.
